D&H owners conduct global verifications to ensure responsible sourcing and clear custody chains. RECLAIMED PRECIOUS METALS
Sustainability has many facets. We only use upcycled metals. Our gold and platinum is primarily salvaged from the millions of tons of electronic waste (cell phones and computers) and spent industrial materials (auto and industrial) generated worldwide every year.
ETHICAL DIAMONDS AND GEMSTONES
Sustainability means collaborating with suppliers of natural diamonds and gemstones, ensuring they are sourced from community-focused, ethical origins. Our partnerships often involve direct sourcing from mining operations.
We acquire and up-cycle antique post-consumer Old Mine Cut and European Cut diamonds which adhere to our stringent quality standards.
Our colored gemstones and sapphires are bought directly from small, owner-operated mines with total transparency of origin- from mining to cutting and polishing.

Community is integral to sustainability. D&H is a neighborhood business that has enjoyed serving San Francisco for over a decade. We never mass-produce or outsource our jewelry overseas. Whether a custom creation or a piece in our showroom collection, D&H carefully plans each design.
