To keep your jewelry looking it’s best we offer a lifetime of free cleanings. At home, the safest way to clean your precious items containing diamonds and gemstones is with a soft toothbrush and our complementary D&H jewelry cleaner or warm soapy water.

For rings with set with stones, we recommend annual check-ups so that we may examine the metalwork and assess if any regular maintenance is necessary. It is common for settings to need tightening or prongs to need re-tipping over the years.

To further protect against life’s uncertainties, we recommend jewelry insurance. We offer complimentary appraisals for insurance purposes for all items purchased at D&H.
