We offer complementary expedited shipping for all online purchases as well as the option for in-person pick up at our San Francisco showroom.  All shipments require a signature for delivery. We only ship within the United States. 

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason simply return the item for a full refund within 14 days. For items purchased online, please email [email protected] for complementary return shipping label and instructions. Please note that all returned items must be in their original and unworn condition. Items that have been modified, resized, engraved, or custom-made are final sale.

We stand behind our products 100%. If your jewelry experiences any defect due to craftsmanship we will happily repair the item at no cost. After one year, we recommend an annual in-store check-up to assess if any maintenance due to normal wear and tear is needed. 

We offer complimentary sizing for rings purchased within the first year. Please note that not all rings can be sized (such as diamond eternity bands) and that charges may apply.

To safeguard against life’s unpredictability, we recommend insuring your jewelry. We offer complimentary appraisals for insurance purposes for all items purchased at D&H.
